My Review
I absolutely loved this bag! You can definitely fit a lot into this bag. The numerous pockets make it easy to organize the baby's things neatly. I love that it's stylish and goes with just about everything else that I have. I always get compliments on how cute it is, but recently I had a problem with it. I have used this bag for roughly 4 months only, and it has marks all over now.
I always take care of my things and I do not know why or how these marks are suddenly appearing.
I contacted Skip Hop by email and someone got back to me right away. They asked for some information from me and I replied the same day. The next day I received an email with a credit for a new bag and free shipping! The email stated that my warranty claim was successfully received and that I can either replace or upgrade my bag. Unfortunately, this bag is no longer on their site. I still do not know which bag I will be replacing mine with, but I will make a review about the new one as soon as I get it.
Overall, I loved the bag, but it was a shame that these marks started appearing. Fortunately, Skip Hop has great customer service! So, if you ever have a problem with something from this company, make sure you contact them to see what they can do for you. Baby products, toys, accessories, etc. are not cheap and when something happens to your product, you want to know that the company is willing to help you out. This is why I am sharing with this with you guys. I love Skip Hop products and will continue to use them because of the great customer service that I was provided.
